Settings (Food Truck)

Configure your profile, business branding, Stripe payments, security, and trucks.

   Go to Settings

   Click Settings in the sidebar to open your settings page.

   Display name

   Enter your Display name so customers and staff see it on the app. This appears on invoices and in your profile.

   Profile picture

   Upload a Profile picture by clicking the avatar area. Use a clear photo so customers recognize you.

   List as reference on public website

   Enable List as reference on public website if you want your food truck to appear on the public First-Apps reference page.

   Business name

   Set your Business name—this shows on invoices, your public profile, and pre-order pages.

   Business logo

   Upload your Business logo for branding. It appears on invoices, your public profile, and in the app header.

   Connect Stripe for card payments

   Click Connect Stripe to link your Stripe account. Once connected, customers can pay invoices by card. You can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing one.

   Language & region

   Choose your Language (e.g. English, German) and Timezone so dates and times display correctly.

   Two-factor authentication (2FA)

   Enable 2FA for extra security. Use an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) to scan the QR code and verify codes when signing in.

    Business hours

    Set Business hours for each truck. Define open and close times per day so customers can only pre-order during available slots.

    Trucks

    Add Trucks if you have multiple vehicles or locations. Each truck can have its own hours, address, and menu.
